Nick Mulvaney | Founder/CEO

It has been my ambition to create a club for the people of Chicago, in the City of Chicago. This journey begin ten years ago when I rebranded a local youth club of 80 kids into what is Chicago City Soccer Club today. We now serve over 1,200 youth throughout the Chicagoland area and provide the first official USL Academy in the State of Illinois. Our Academy supports our USL W and USL 2 teams as we continue to build towards USL Pro in USL Championship and the newly formed USL Super League.

This is a sports City with some of the best fans in the world and so we are creating a team that the fans can feel they have a say in. This is YOUR CITY, this is YOUR CLUB. We will be providing access to our ownership, leadership, coaches, and players to bring you closer to the organization.

It is very important to us at CITY that we build our teams around Chicago homegrown talent who were either  born and raised here, play their collegiate soccer here, and come from our own academy. We believe in developing the youth for the future and so you can expect to see the top talent from around Chicago playing with CITY each summer.

We look forward to meeting all our fans as we kick off our new season this summer in our 10 year anniversary.

I am an Aston Villa fan, I love to play golf badly, I am engaged to a local Chicago lass to be married in 2023, and I am half way through my masters program in Sporting Directorship with UCFB in the UK.

WE ARE CHICAGO

WE ARE CHICAGO CITY!!!!

My name is Orin Gilchrist and I am currently in my 2nd year with Chicago City Soccer Club. For me, soccer has been a passion of mine for my entire life. Originally I was born in Aylesbury England, and was brought up as a massive Manchester United supporter. My family moved over to the Chicagoland area when I was 8 and have been here ever since.

Growing up in the north suburbs of Chicago I attended New Trier High School and subsequently the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a degree in Sport Management. Since being with City I have had the opportunity to have a couple of roles in our Mini City Program, as well as Varsity Head Coach of the Amundsen Men's Soccer Team last year. Now at the club my role is focused on our USL program at all levels, as well as the growing Futsal program we have at Chicago City.

Soccer has always been my passion, and I am happy to find a club in Chicago City that allows me to share the game with the community at all skill levels. GO CITY!!!
