My name is Charlie Latshaw III and I serve as the Director of Soccer for Chicago City Soccer Club as well as the head coach for our USL2 team.

I was born and raised in Chicagoland; I have been with Chicago City since February of 2022. I came here because of my shared values with the clubs and overall ambition to create something unique and special here in the city. In my 17- year coaching journey I have coached at many different levels of the game; From small community club to all the way up through MLSNext academy level. I have also coached at numerous colleges ranging from NAIA to division I level.

I hope that my experiences across all levels of the game will elevate our player development in the club. My personal ambition is to see us as a club reach a level where we are producing professional level talent for our own First team. I currently am a resident of Palatine, IL with my Partner Jenna and enjoying spending time with my dog and cooking.
