My name is Lekeisha but most people call me Kei. I am the coach of the 2009 and 2010 girls at Chicago City Soccer Club. Previous to my role at the club I was the head coach at Leicester City Women’s reserves. I coached at Leicester City from 2016-2022, starting with the under 13s and I worked my way up the age groups. I played football for Leicester City Women's Football Club for most of my 20 year career except for 4 years when I was in America, playing and studying . I am a UEFA B coach with the aspiration to start my A license in 2023.

Playing football for 20 years ignited a passion for coaching that I have held ever since. I have been a coach since 2015 and enjoy working with and developing young people.

This is fueled by the positive impact I have seen football can have on young people, in football and across wider society.

I fell in love with football when I realized the sport had the ability to help children and young people in so many aspects of their life. It has the power to inspire, grow, engage, and increase mental and physical well-being.

I want to be one of the faces for the current and future generations to look at and be like she is doing it, so can I.
